[h=1]Another allottees land not given to Patanjali: YEIDA[/h] The petitioner alleged he was given 450 acres of land on a 30-year lease in Noida by YEIDA, but it was later taken back wrongly and allotted to Patanjali Ayurved Ltd of Baba Ramdev for setting up a food park.Rajesh Kumar Pandey | TNN | November 15, 2017, 15:00 IST ALLAHABAD: YEIDA on Tuesday filed its reply (counter affidavit) before the Allahabad high court stating that land of the petitioner, Ausaf, has not been allotted to Patanjali Ayurved Ltd at Noida for setting up a food park. The petitioner alleged he was given 450 acres of land on a 30-year lease in Noida by YEIDA, but it was later taken back wrongly and allotted to Patanjali Ayurved Ltd of Baba Ramdev for setting up a food park. The petitioner challenged the allotment claiming it is illegal and contrary to the lease deed. The court had sought information from YEIDA as to whether the land was allotted to Ramdev or his associates or his company, directly or indirectly, in Noida for setting up a food park. As Patanjali Ayurved Ltd too filed its counter affidavit in the matter as per directions of the court, a division bench comprising Justice Tarun Agarwala and Justice Ajay Bhanot took both the affidavits on record and asked the petitioner to file a rejoinder affidavit (reply to the counter affidavits) by the next date of hearing on November 29. On the last occasion, the court had asked YEIDA to file a map and records of the land allotted to Baba Ramdev or his any associate and issued notice to Patanjali Ayurved Ltd to file its reply. The court had directed the parties concerned not to undertake any development or change in the land in dispute till the next date of hearing.
