The fact remains that d eway is not complete as of date . I am hearing that it would be compelte in next three months for last 5 years - however the land acquisition is still pending - the cases are not yet disposed off, the oustees have not yet shifted. Don't talk about those expressways eastern and western they benefit naharpar more than gurVillage so even if government works overtime the ground reality is there will be no construction till march and that too government gets all the land which is not going to happen soon. All the hype with d eway projects are now seeing real color the prices are down and if the time correction of five years taken into account they are down by not less than 50% I think we are going to see some bankrupt builders in d eway projects as well
That's why I said that you have no idea sitting so far away and commenting. I went across many places last weekend in Gurgaon to see what is going on where for some investments. GCX - work slowed down considerably SPR - work ongoing NPR - Work ongoing You talk of oustees not shifting - go and see the truth, many have started construction on the alternate plots given to them, including those of NPR. Not just 2-3 as someone claimed here earlier, but saw many houses being constructed there. Some of them have already reached the 2nd floor as well. Btw the land required does not seem much, only 2-3 small sections remain, not even a km in Gurgaon. Rest is all complete already. Also saw a portion inside NPV which is not even there on Google maps. Some bankrupt builders are going to be there in every city, but more so in Faridabad and Noida/G Noida, than Gurgaon. Oh I forgot, the builders that came from those areas to Gurgaon are mainly whose projects are way behind schedule and might be going bankrupt - ERA, Earth, Assotech, Supertech, ATS. So before you speak without having any idea as to what is happening, you should go and check the ground reality.
