K J Rao, a member of the committee, said the compliance reports would be filed on Monday. �The (south and north) corporations will have to survey the unauthorised farmhouses, too, in a phased manner. We meant both registered and unauthorised farmhouses have to be sealed in case of violations. Illegally running units cannot be left out,� Rao told TOI. The corporations have been defining commercial farmhouses as properties that have been developed on farmland in the outer circles of the city in areas above 2.5 acres and carrying out commercial gatherings. While the south corporation has claimed that it had only 37 motels and 41 �social function� farmhouses, the north corporation puts the counts at 31 and 39, respectively, in north and west Delhi areas. However, the civic bodies will now have to cover even smaller farmhouses engaged in commercial activities and seal the offending ones. [h=2]The corporations were to file the compliance reports on Friday but the survey process is yet to be completed. �We have communicated the current status to the committee,� said an official.
