raising rates will expose all naked swimmers... they always do.... NBFCs can be viewed as proxies for subprime loans it was alredy out few months ago that indian subprime home loan defaults have doubled compared to previous year... as these loans have much shorter duration resets, a raising rates environment will send lots of thse borrowers down... RBI forced rate hike now will be perfect...
