[h=1]Housing market in south India shows some signs of recovery[/h] Currently, NCR has the maximum 2 lakh unsold units among all the top cities in India. Greater Noida has a maximum share of unsold inventory, followed by Gurugram.Kailash Babar&Sobia Khan | ET Bureau | November 14, 2017, 16:00 IST https://www.indianrealestateforum.com/forum/other-forums/general-real-estate-discussion/17982-indian-real-estate-news?p=2565579#post2565579
Just a generalised statement again, without the breakup of where the unsold stock lies, and what percentage it is. The largest unsold stock is in G Noida, followed by Noida and Faridabad. Gurgaon comes last with the unsold stock being a mixed bag, and that too the unsold stock being mostly in areas far/further away from the Delhi border or in projects which are either severely delayed or have failed to deliver on the quality. Delhi figures are not available in a clear manner, just perception, since no such large scale projects as such, apart from the DDA schemes which are not finding many takers Btw, Delhi Jal Board has openly stated that it does not have the resources to provide drinking water to the apartments that might come up under the land pooling scheme. Wonder what's going to happen there if in ten years time the flats are actually built.
With warm regards,
