Hello Gentleman, Pardon me from using this forum as a broadcast medium. Trying this option as this forum helped us form a decent sized group to take on this builder head on for umpteen number of issues and delays we have faced on this investment with [B]Festival City at Sector 143, Noida promoted by Bhasin Group[/B]. To sort out these issues we have 3 meeting planned in next 1-week time. In case you are directly linked to this project or know people who are linked to this project then kindly pass on this message. Those who are interested to understand this process further. Kindly put in your request on the Festival City thread mentioned below. In case the Builder lobby decides to boycott the proceeding investors can get to know each other and decide on future course of action (Legal and Non Legal). [B]Monday 11[SUP][SIZE=2]th[/SIZE][/SUP] September[/B] We have planned a meeting with CEO Noida Authority at Sector 6 Noida Authority Office, Noida. This will be followed by meeting with [B]Wednesday 13-14[SUP][SIZE=2]th[/SIZE][/SUP] September[/B] As a follow up we will try to have a meeting with our strong representation of 3 members UP Ministers Committee to meet Buyers & Builders.
