Update on DEW -recently I heard Mr Modi PM speech quote is as below We are not merely reforming India but transforming India. We are not changing India, but we are building a new India," he said, adding 2022 was the target year to achieve this as it coincides with the 75th anniversary of the country's independence. so I take it all back 2019 is wrong . My new prediction is 2022 so I hope this goes and gives peace to all of us who worry about DEW viability etc -- sit back and plan for 2022 ( yes a generation gone I know -perhaps - think about it as a retirement plan )

Call it stockholm syndrom they don't want to hear the truth - they know the truth but don't want to pay any heed to it - why ? because they don't have any choice. Recent job losses in IT industry and disruptions in daily life of individuals due to some pretty innovation by the government has left most who took big leverages high and dry. offlate social media has become a source of venting out frustration for those stuck in various situations of life - ah! gone are the good old days when internet was a source of sane advices from really serious people, now every tom dick haary is writing whatever they please without any authenticity and guess what people are falling for those looking good stuff, while the truth written and proved is taking the brick batting. I have decided to not write anything which would be considered as advice or analyis of the sitution be it real estate or other asset classes. People here want to hear only good sounding stuff - which is humor at the best. Gud luck people
