Places like Meerut can't be compared with DEW, at least they have real roads and Don't need Google maps to find roads !! :-)[/QUOTE] Exactly, places like Meerut can't be compared to DEW, since no new roads are being constructed there, whereas in this area there are so many developments happening, that in the last one year even Google cannot keep pace with it! Whatever connectivity that Neharpar or any other area gets in the next few months/years, there is no other location in NCR that will be able to beat DEW in a few months time once the connectivity on Delhi side comes. It might have got a few years late due to the lack of movement by some of the government departments due to certain vested interests, but now there is no stopping. See the progress in the last few months to realise it. Someone said no work going on in the sectors where the oustees are to be rehabilitated. When I went the day before to check on the ongoing work in my apartment, had a look there too. The sewage system for the sector is being put in place, the levelling work for the roads is already complete. And someone had said that its not possible that the government works so fast!!

All the garbage piles will be gone once this is resolved. Commercial will only come as per the master plan.

On ground work started for shifting of High Tention Wires from Dwarka Expressway. Expect it to be completed by next 60 days.

This is the site of Gurgaon Global City second CBD of Gurgaon. Design Build contract Is to be awarded this month. Therefore HSIDC is getting site cleared from HVPN.
