The details of the project are in the last stages of finalisation,� said Mohit Singh, director, Shipra Group. Pirojsha Godrej, executive chairman, Godrej Properties, said, �This project strengthens our development portfolio in NCR.� The total saleable area of the project will be 2.2 million square feet (sq ft). According to Shipra Group, the project will be priced upwards of Rs10,000 per sq ft. Construction work is expected to start from mid-2019. The projects in Noida on which Godrej is already working in the collaborative model include a 100-acre township at Pari Chowk, Greater Noida, and Godrej Golf Links with Ace group and another township at Sector 150, Noida, with Lotus Greens. The money will be distributed on pro-rata basis to home buyers who have requested for refund. All homebuyers of Uni Homes have been verified by Amicus Curiae Pawan Shree Aggarwal. The apex court had previously ordered release of Rs 21 crore for the construction of 514 flats in five residential projects of Unitech. The five residential projects include Uni Homes (Mohali), Verve and Horizon (Greater Noida), Vistas (Gurugram) and Uni Homes (Noida).
