A right step closer to Dwarka Expressway a realit soon as Huda to move to Supreme Court against Stay on New Palam Vihar !! New Palam Vihar High Court Stay के खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट जाने की तैयारी में हूडा !! हूडा अब द्वारका एक्सप्रेसवे को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट जाने की तैयारी में है। पंजाब एवं हरियाणा हाई कोर्ट ने जीपीए और एसपीए धारकों के प्लॉट आवंटन पर स्टे दिया हुआ है, जिसकी वजह से न्यू पालम विहार और खेड़कीदौला से इस एक्सप्रेसवे को निकालने में दिक्कत आ रही है। ऐडमिनिस्ट्रेटर ने एस्टेट ऑफिसर और लीगल सेल स्टे को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट की शरण लेने का निर्देश दिया है। हूडा ऐडमिनिस्ट्रेटर यशपाल यादव ने द्वारका एक्सप्रेसवे की अड़चनों संबंधित अधिकारियों को दिशानिर्देश दिया है कि हाई कोर्ट को द्वारका एक्सप्रेसवे का महत्व बताया जाए। जब तक इसके आड़े आ रहे मकान नहीं हटेंगे, तब तक द्वारका एक्सप्रेसवे नहीं बन पाएगा। अगर फिर स्टे की दिक्कत आती है तो सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दायर की जाए। इसके अलावा जिन लोगों को वैकल्पिक प्लॉट अलॉट किए छह महीने बीत चुके हैं, उन मकानों को एक्सप्रेसवे से हटाया जाए। हाईटेंशन वायर की वजह से जिन आवंटियों को प्लॉट का पजेशन नहीं दिया जा सका है, उन्हें वैकल्पिक प्लॉट देने का प्रस्ताव तैयार किया जाए। हूडा के एस्टेट ऑफिसर वन संजीव सिंगला ने बताया कि जीपीए और एसपीए धारकों को प्लॉट अलॉट किया जा चुका है, लेकिन पंजाब एवं हरियाणा हाई कोर्ट के स्टे की वजह से यह मामला अटका हुआ है। अब जल्द ही इस मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दायर की जाएगी। याचिका में इस एक्सप्रेस वे के महत्व के बारे में माननीय जज को बताया जाएगा और स्टे हटवाने का आग्रह किया जाएगा। A supreme court already delared NPV a illegal colony in one of its judgement so soon its likely that way will be cleared by Hon. Supreme Court !!
