It still defies logic why the matter has gone back to the court when there was an amicable settlement amongst all parties after years of litigation. Who has reneged on their word? Further only 4 plot boundaries demolished which were not part of any court case and already were in posession of HUDA. It's just show some action to avert pressure of social media tweets. All are bound with law and Govt. can't overrule in any matter on any cost. It was clear violation of settlement deed by Govt. official and their is one word come- out on cost of Home buyer and i.e what is my [b] I N T E R E S T. Its a cyclic litigation as I already told several times and surprising part is main case verdict was already delivered by SC and than its come back again to HC. For all of your understanding the path is [b]Main case of NPR[/b] HC -> Review Petition in HC -> SC -> Review petion in SC Once Main case of NPR sorted out than hearing proceed of Contempt of Court and it would also same path as mentioned above. Nutshell is present team of HUDA spoil all the settlement took place earlier and now we come back again to 2008 from where litigation begin....and reason is what is my [b]I N T E R E S T[/b]
