People talk about valuations of Indian Market . Whether PE of 20 or 30 is sutainable or not. Look at bitcoin. it has nothing to back it up. Its just a number. Yet it is valued at 9740 dollars. If something which has nothing to back up can be valued so highly, why cant companies which have hard assets , revenue , profit valued higher ? I am not justifying higher valuations but pointing to the fact that not just PE's matter even human psychology matter...

Bitcoin is also running with the steam of liquidity like shares and others. Usually prices go up when ppl are skeptical. This is what is happening with bitcoin. It is just a matter of time to come it down. But no one knows that time will come. Many ppl have targets of 100,000 for that now.

[/QUOTE]This is the reason I am buying global ETFs even though markets are at all time high. You need to have an allocation, at no matter what, valuations. Even from here there is a serious chance of big melt up. Yes melt up is the new word. Doom mongers have scared us for too long. Now it is time to scare the doom mongers. Muhahahaha.

Since it is worldwide, the prices will rise in a logarithmic scale..(if they rise ) as per my friend. To hit 100000 it doesnt have to have to rise as much. It has already done nearly 2000% increase this year. All it needs is to rise around 900% from here to hit 100000 His targets are 25000 +++by 2018 Even 100000 is possible IN A YEAR. While I still continue to buy gold, he is convinced that gold prices will fall way below $1000 /oz.due to massive amounts of funds getting diverted to data currencies
