what should be done when builder did whole tower registered 2-3 years back and Seller still have not got registered the flat . Seller is asking first give token money and then he will get registered the flat himself and then it can trasfered and got registered by buyers. Here are questions for this scenario. Please help to provide info as if feasible. Thanks in anticipation. 1. Will Seller get some penality by Noida Authority/any concered for not getting registered his flat for 2-3 years? 2. Does Seller still get his unit transferred thru Builder without doing registry? Does it involve some bribe to Noida Authority to remove Seller Name from their list which could be send by Builder 2-3 years back?

why seller not registered the flat? Which project? Check in NA website, any dues pending from builder.
