Illinois certainly is bankrupt[/QUOTE] even when recession is staring in the face people don't see it... they never do... that is the nature of all asset bubbles... look at the us velocity of money its back at 1970 who is there economic growth anywhere ? when money has almost frozen in the hands of investors..?
