Adithya Uday March 19 at 2:21pm I am thinking what will be the impact of oil/commodity price hike to out nation's inflation. For sure oil is bound to rise in next 2-3 years. With that out inflation will rise. I read a nice article which says we are having low inflation due to lowered oil and commodity prices. They are in their lows and bound to regain control. Even then why all pundits are saying interest rate is bound to be lower and will remain the same. Fundamentally nothing drastic has changed in our economy which says we are stronger than ever, I feel if we get back to high inflation period , RBI has no choice but to reverse its actions.
